Yes its a great looking list for sure. Sucks it came down to this, but glad so many are standing up for whats right.

 

NewJerseyHunter.com has been compiling the list and emailing vendors. All the credit goes to them.

Unfortunately, I already bought 4 tickets, but I will be not attending.

 

Just curious, the changes he told you were coming were they after they announced banning certain firearms from the show or were the changes the ban itself? Secondly, I applaud yours and everyone else's decision to take a stand, are you guys going to hold firm even if they backtrack and rescind their stance?

Again, thanks to you and Todd and everyone else behind the scenes that ultimately made the choice!

 

While I whole heartily agree w/the boycott I really feel that a lot of these Company's/people are now just backing out for the sake of saving face. They don't want to be 1 of only several who attend and thus being treated as (say a person who crosses over a Union strike) Take for instance Lee and Tiffany, why wait for several days and then post " Our decision will be forth coming" just my opinion though. People should stand up for their beliefs and not feel as if they need to go along with the crowd. Kinda like the vendor is for this event !!!!

 

I agree. I am very pleased with Cabela's quick movement on the matter. I have spent a lot of money there in my life time and it is nice to know I supported a company who also supports us.

 

It's a bigger lost to some then others. Pretty sure that's the reason for many to wait so long. Everyone wants to stand up for what they believe but not everyone can afford the loss by doing it. If I just opened a company, paid my way into the show then found this out, i would have a hard time dropping out even though I would want to more then anything. Just a guess, I'm sure you are also right for many of the late drop outs.

 

Better late then never...and there are a lot more nevers that are staying in the show then those who dropped out. The thing I hope for most is that the sportsman stay away from the show...otherwise then all the work/words/emails phone calls were for nothing.
