I was seated with 30 other people in a class when the thing went off. Everyone just sat there and didn't know what it was. I was the only one to pop up and say, "lets get the hell out of here!". hahaha
ROFL!!! You probably felt it pretty good there ... you should her all the drama mamas making it bigger way over here than it was ...
Same here. It felt like a semi driving by, yet its headlines on every local news site. Guess there isn't enough violence here to keep the news busy. It won't be long before "Winter Storm 2012" happens the first time we get a foot of snow. I can hear and see the news intro, now.
I felt it pretty good at work. Everyone stood up & was like "What the hell was that?" Then my phone started blowing up with a dozen, "did you feel the earthquake" texts.
I was standing in the CO's hatch talking to her and some other folks. I thought we were taking incoming, or that an explosion had gone off...but it just kept rolling on and getting bigger. It was pretty impressive. We just had an aftershock about 5 mins ago. Earthquake down, hurricane on Sat. Floods and locust next?
Got word that one of my fellow recruits at the academy had a large tree fall through the roof of her house. Dang that sucks. About 7:50 or so tonight I was studying when ALL the dogs in the neighborhood started to bark for over 5 minutes. Then it felt like a large helicopter was over my house as my house shook mildly.
Felt it in Cincinnati. I was in a conference room waiting for others to show up for a meeting and thought wow, someone pretty big must be coming down the hall to shake the room like that.
J-Lo ordered a couch and you delivered in a semi-truck? Or are you implying that J-Lo should be in the furniture delivery business?
