I don’t have the option of a deer stand this season, so all of my hunting will be from the ground. What is everyone using for tick control? I want a good repellent that will work without spooking the deer. What are y’alls suggestions?

I've had good luck with smoking my outer layers, seems to keep the ticks at bay and cover my scent.

I started making my own spray this year. Go on Amazon and get 33% permethrin concentrate then dilute it down to .5%. Spray your clothes, let it dry and you're good to go. 1 quart will mix roughly 20 gallons and costs under $30! You should be able to find it at tractor supply or your local farm goods store
