Miami has been my "secondary" team since I was a kid. Now they have a kid playing for them that is from my area. WR Brian Heartline went to high school here and I remember reading a lot about him in the papers throughout his HS playing days. Its nice to see them doing ok.

    Clay Matthews...

I knew he was good, but damn. Hes taken out 1 QB already and jarred 2 more pretty bad. Big big season ahead for him.

Other then my homerism, i think Dallas being 0-2 is a shock. Its gonna be a long year for them.

Actually this does surprise me. I had the Browns pegged to be much improved this year. I thought they would surprise some people. So far.... not happening.

    1. Cowboys... The most talented team in the NFL and they can't win... Jason Garrett needs to go. He seems more focused on a pass game plan than winning. He refuses to realize that he has the best backfield in the game in Jones, Barber, and Choice. I'm not sure if this stems from his days playing behind Aikmen in Big-D, but a change needs to take place or the Boys will never pull out a SB win.

    2. Eagles... No other team took a hit as hard as the Eagles did in the first half of the first game of the season. 2 pro-bowl caliber players out for the season along with 2 other starters suffering concussions. The team is still playing good, and as much as I hate to admit it, they are looking like they could run away with the NFC East.

    3. Redskins... Really? All the pre-season talk about the "distractions" and they have been playing good. McNabb (as I have said for years) is showing why he WILL be in the H.O.F. and he has made some guys (Moss, and Cooley) look great even though they are over the hill. They were in the Texans game right till the end.

    4. Dolphins... They do nothing great, but they do everything good.

    5. Chiefs... I'm not on the bandwagon, but they are 2-0 and McCluster will be the M.V.P. if he keeps it up.

    6. Lions... The laughing stock of the NFL is showing some great progress, and I honestly wouldn't be suprised to see them fighting for the top spot in that division within the next two years or so.

    7. Jets... Alot of talk, a ton of talent, but it seems as though they lack the heart.... seem more bark than bite to me. I know they beat the Pats, but the Ravens absolutely embarressed them.

    8. Saints... The most prolific offense in the game and they look "ehh". Reggie Bush being out will be a bigger loss than alot of people think.

    9. Steelers... My most hated team in the game and they are winning without a QB. The defense is playing lights out, but I am sick of hearing about how its all "I made the dirtiest play ever in college" Troy Pola-whatever.

    10. Titans... CJ being held to thirty some yards???? What happened to your yardage prediction?

    11. Vikings... Not that big of a shocker... Brett had a "fluke" year last year and its showing. He IS a liability at this point and I am more disgusted with his attitude than his play. He seems so dis-interested that its disgusting. If you don't want to play anymore because things aren't going well.....QUIT.

Ravens... Their D was going to be good, but I didn't expect what they did to the Jets. Boldin was the best pick-up for any team in the NFL this year.

:tu: Steelers could have an angelic team, and no dirt on them, and you would still loathe them.

I don't see them ever getting over .500 until they get a good steady dependable QB. Maybe McCoy will be that guy.
