After years of looking, and with a little luck, my dad closed this week on 149 acres that borders his property and where we hunt primarily. Finding land of this size for sale around here is rare since the gas boom, so it's especially exciting. In the next few months, I will be surveying and purchasing a piece from him to build on and manage along with the rest of the property. My hope is to eventually purchase the whole place. Excited for what is to come. I will document some of the land projects in the habitat forum as they progress. Merry Christmas everyone.

Congrats Matt! We sold our family place in Bradford County this past October, it's amazing how much land prices have finally adjusted in that area.
