I went on a good long sit today, From about 2 pm till about 7:00 :)
In vouch for the ultimate camo, I had a squirrel try to run down me!!! I had to move, he looked at me didnt even flick his tail like "This tree is wierd!!"
Around 6:50 i had saw some movement coming down the feld line to my right, The stand is set up in a treeline about 30 yards wide between 2 golden rod fields. They both have paths brush cut in em. The deer walked right up the path. First one came out, and i thought "Are you the big one?" So i waited, she wandered up and the other one came out. it was the little one! DANG! So they both continue up the trail and i cant see em, I hear one behind me, and i am looking looking looking....Then look straight down, she is right under me!! I look to the right again and thier are 2 more "Well are you teh big one?" She walks out, never gives me a chance really, and the other two come out, both the small ones "DANG!" Glimpse to my right and there is Another one coming from the other field. She walks right by, doesnt even give me a draw opportunity, and they all wander up the path. This is all in about 10 minutes, so I have plenty of time left, And i figured that they were movin so there would be more
No sooned had the thought crossed my mind then they all came back through, Last one was the big one, looked over her shoulder and i drew, Let out a bleat and she stopped, over estimated the range, hit her high and it came out right under her front leg. ran about 100 yards. Hard track through the tall stuff, but a nice doe in the end :D
Going out in the AM to see if i can get one of the 2 ten points that have been walking a field edge. Pics to come as soon as my laptop works again! :D

Congrats on the doe. I've had the same squirrel problem a couple times with my Natural Gear, and now I just whisper at them to watch them launch out of the tree. lol
