Depends. Sometimes I will go out to an unknown distance, pull back, and shoot, and that's it. Give's you a little practice with cold muscles, range estimation, and just making one shot count. Other days, I'll fire 50 or 60. I shoot about every 3 days right now.

I shoot about 20 arrows during a typical session. Usually one to two sessions a day. This is done at home where I have to shoot between 10 and 25 yards. If I go out to the range (maybe once a week) I shoot more arrows and the yardage varies between 15 and 45 yards.

I shoot 3-4 times a week. But I do it virtually year round. I don't shoot any more or any less during the season.

I haven't shot in a couple weeks and finally got a chance to the other day. Prior to shooting I had some serving fixed on my bow. After getting my bow back and taking some shots I was hittin a 12" low at twenty. Between my bow not shooting right and me dealing with a crap load of stress lately (work related and a cousin possibly died from commiting suicide) I couldn't hold my pin anywhere and had the worst target panic I've ever had. I'm getting a little stressed for hunting. I'm going to have to practice lots right away here
