buddy picked up the bloodrunner two blade heads and was shooting them much to his delight! went to pull them out of a foam target and two broke.

how do you remove them? im guessing push them thru. how long will your fletching last removing them that way over time? my fixed heads i just pull straight back outta the target, so im of no help....OR just shoot the practice heads?(his didnt come with them)

jeeez talk about falling on the sword, stinkin guy is on this site and wont ask himself! ZING!

    thx

I think I would be shooting the practice heads. If they are like the Rage, they are the same weight and shape, but do not expand on target. So it is more similar to shooting field tips. I have shot my Rage into the target and it was a mess. That is why they have practice heads.

If you ever happen to have to push the arrow through the target just push it far enough so that the broadhead sticks out the other side. Than unscrew it, pull the arrow out normally than put it back on. Should help save your fletching.

i have been shooting the 2 blade bloodrunners...you have to buy the practice head from the NAP site..there 20 dollars for two..kinda of high price..but thats what i have been doing....i might shoot the actual broad head once or twice ...the night before i go out for the first time just to make sure im still hitting ok....but i wouldnt shoot the actual broadhead until your hunting.
