Ok, sorry if this is a dumb question but what is different between a Hoyt Carbon Element bow and a regular bow made by any other company? Aren't they all made out of alluminum? Or is the Element made out of a different material that makes it lighter and stronger? Just want to understand the difference, thanks!

The element is made of tubular carbon fiber. Light weight, strong and extremely stiff. It also doesn't get cold like aluminum. (Retains heat)

Thanks, that explains it, I wasnt sure if it was still part alluminum and part Carbon or if it was completely carbon with no alluminum.

Limb pockets are aluminum as well as a few inserted pieces where there are bolted on pieces or threads.
