Duck mounts

I'm piggy-backing off of Caleb's bass mount thread. Anyone have any good duck mounts they want to share?

 

I have never had one done, but I too would like to see some pics posted if anybody's got some!!

 

Havent even had the chance to go duck/goose hunting yet. Hoping to do a guided hunt in the next year or 2...if I can ever afford it.

 

I have never spent the money on it would love to some time though!!

Yes they are. We have a few places to go just for them. Usually limit out on woody's within 30 mins of the day. Beautiful birds.

 

The pair of mallards I killed together are on the list to get mounted, not sure if a pair mount or just the drake.

A woody is definitely on the list to get mounted. But i'm new to this duck thing, and its not like we are covered up here with anything.

 

I love wood ducks but mallards are still my favorite to shoot. I'd like to have one of every species I've killed mounted one of these days, but I don't know if the wife would go for that. Be careful duck hunting can get very addicting!

 

Oh i'm already hooked, i just need to go somewhere with more activity.

 

I've got a banded mallard and a bufflehead in the freezer just waiting until I have more disposable income.

Awesome mounts thanks for posting sooner! I have to agree them green heads are nice but that woody takes the cake!!

I'm at work when I get off I'll take some.

 

I shot a pintail saturday and i will be getting it mounted. I've been waterfowl hunting 22 years in WV and never even seen a pintail around here. We had 5 come in saturday morning and me and father each shot a drake. shooting a pintail around here is like getting a 160" whitetail

 

Here's a few pictures of the last few hunts we had here in january. we have been limiting out on mallards and getting a few black ducks here and there. and the rare Pintails of course.

 

Friend of mine killed a pintail this morning here...that makes it like a 170" here. Haha
