Just thought I would drop in and let those of you who care to know, I'm still around.

Dad had two mild heart attacks in early April, just before my birthday. Since then he's not been working, though he is doing much better than he was. I've been doing a lot around the house to keep things going, haven't had a ton of time to be online or post much.

Early August my boss went in for a routine physical, doctors found something strange, sent him to a cardiologist and turned out he needed a triple-bypass. For most of August and early September I was working quite a bit of overtime covering his shifts where needed, so I've been pretty busy.

Got out for my annual 10-day Mulie hunt, but some misfortune with my truck ended the trip almost as soon as it got started. Saw more moose and bighorn sheep than I did mule deer.

If things turn around some, I'll get out quite a bit during the November/December season. Glad to see most of you are still doing good. Hopefully I'll be on/posting more frequently now.

Did I ever tell you about the time I held my bow back so long, that a bird made a nest on my arm?

I was just thinking about some of the old posters the other day and wondered where you ran off to. I realized I hadn't seen the face paint avatar for a while, lol.

Sorry to hear about your dad- hope he gets well.
