    If you want to spend the money get a pro v. Looking for something a little cheaper get a apache.

    Your centershot can't possibly set right. Take it to a Pro Shop, and if you already did, take it to a different one. There's no reason for vanes to hit a riser.

    PSE has a line etched down the center of your shelf. Make sure your arrow is running down the center of it. I'm betting your rest is adjusted way too far to the inside

    It seems to be lined up perfectly. Perhaps the rest is falling too fast and the fletching is dropping as a result. Do you think that could be the cause? I knocked an arrow and looked down the shaft. If the arrow is flying out straight it looks like it will clear the riser edge completely with plenty of room.

    It should come to full height about an inch from full draw
