i just got the druid x2, and so far the battery life has been good, i've only hit 20% once or twice and that was when i played a few games trying it out. I do have to say the app killer helps a lot, as well as what everyone else said.

I have the Samsung Infuse and the battery life lasts about 10 hours with moderate use. The battery is bigger than most Droid phones though. Iphone = toilet.

Well that was a big difference by making the changes suggested. Just turning down the brightness and the display turn off at 15 seconds. My battery lasted 12 hours today and still has 30 percent. My display usage went from 66% to 24%. Thanks for the advice peeps.

That's what I was thinking too. Should be the other way around IMO. Set the phone up for max battery life and adjust if you want add ons or different settings, instead of figuring out how the heck to make it last 1/2 a day.

Yeah, not an iphone fan here, simply because I refuse to pay double what I'm paying for service. I'd rather jump through a few hoops and have to hit a button every once and a while than have to deal with closed source apps and proprietary bs. At least verizon has the iphone now. But I pay $65 a month for unlimited data, text, etc. with 900 anytime minutes, and free cell phone to cell phone (any provider). Att/verizon don't get close to that. I only charge my phone while I sleep and even with moderate use it lasts me all day. Not all droid phones are created equal.

Incredible 2 is awesome. Wife has the iPhone 4...not impressed. To each their own, though. The 5 probably will be slick.

    Jeresey Shore, much?:D
