Dream Hunt

If you could go any were in North America and hunt what would you hunt? What would you hunt with? Would you use a guide or do it your self?

 

Besides the rut in Waupaca county, White mt. Az. bow rut hunt, Cali sheep hunt which the draw results get posted in 4 hours, Sitka hunt on Kodiak.

 

Moose, I dont care where, but I think they are one of the best looking animals in the wild. Grizzly and Big Horn sheep would be my other dream hunts, all with bow nothing else. I prefer the one shot method, if I screw it up it is on me, keeps me motivated.

 

I'd love to go on an elk or moose hunt.

 

1. Whitetail in Iowa
2. Elk out west
3. Moose in Alaska

 

Alaska bow for Moose with with friends. Colorado Elk the same way.

 

Bowhunting:
1. Kodiak Brown Bear
2. Brooks Range Dall Sheep
3. Mountain Goat
4. Alaska Moose


The more I think of my list of dream hunts, the more I am reinforced in my plan of moving up there lol.

 

I consider these my dream hunts because they are out of reach within the next 5-10 years.

1. Lower 48 sheep hunt
2. Alaska Dall Sheep
3. Canadian Stone Sheep
4. Mt Goat
5. Moose

Archery kodiak grizzly bear hunt tops my list!

 

There are a few things on my hunting priority list that I feel I need to accomplish before I turn my attention to anything other than big whitetails, so I guess my dream hunts, in order, are:
1) Illinois/Iowa/Wisconsin/Saskatchewan Whitetail buck
2) Maine moose
3) Maine black bear
4) Colorado elk

South Western Kentucky...around Henderson, Morganfield area. When I worked up there seen some Huge bucks.

 

1. Archery Antelope Hunting- Wyoming
2. Archery Elk Hunting- Montana/Wyoming
3. Archery Moose Hunting- Alaska

I would use a guide for the moose and elk...Antelope I would like to do with an outfitter (Preferably Table Mountain Outfitters) but no guide.

 

yeah antelope is on the top of the list too.

 

I would love to Bowhunt Iowa with my Dad. I would also love to film my Dad shooting a Giant elk at 500yards.

 

iowa would be sweet!!!!!

 

An Elk hunt in my home state of Pennsylvania. I just think it would be awesome to kill one of those ghosts in my state.
