I would take any hunt, anywhere, with my son. That would be my dream hunt. I would be ecstatic if he could shoot a bunny.

I dream only of big whitetails, all the rest is a bonus and I "get" to enjoy hunting so many other species here in Idaho, but nothing comes close to whitetails for me. I hope, God willing to spend the rest of my life pursuing the old mature bucks in the mountains of the west, the ag country of the mid west and every once in a while in the north country of Canada. Everytime I have taken a trip to hunt whitetails its been a dream hunt for me, Ive never wanted more or ever gotten bored with whitetails, only more excited about them!... like in ND with TJF, Alberta with Rocky, Iowa with my buddy Mike and Jay and my friend Brett in Montana. Hope to hunt in a couple of other states real soon too. Ryan and Ryan, both... Joey someday.. Time will tell. I also hope to purchase a piece of ground in the mid west for my sons, brother and good friends to hunt whitetails with me.

My dream hunt would be one last hunt for mature whitetails with my grandfather. By the time I was old enough to pull back a bow, he was battling cancer and wasnt strong enough to hunt.

I have several.. My first would be a hunt in southeastern Iowa or Pike Co. Or Kansas either one.. I want to kill a 170'' with my bow.. I hope to own land in Iowa in the next few years.. if not, Montana is running a close second for purchasing land..

I also have this sick sense of adventure.. I want to spot and stalk a Lion with a bow.. and a Cape.. and a Kodiak/Brown bear.. I want to be eye to eye with something that could take me before I could take it.. just seems like a huge rush...

Hope someone else can agree with me on this...

I've been lucky enough to realize most of the things I really wanted to do. I've killed several P&Y class Whitetails, killed 3 P&Y Bears (one missed B&C by 3/16") Killed a 308 Bull Elk, Antelope, a few 140 class Mule Deer, & 3 species of Turkeys, Merriam, Rio, & Eastern.

If I were to try and go after something else it would probably be Alaskan Brown Bear, Moose, or Caribou, although Big Mule Deer 150 to 160 plus is a must do for me sometime.

Honestly I have no desire to hunt Africa or any exotic game. Red Stag might be Fun.

All that said I still Love hunting Big Whitetail Bucks within 20 miles of the house. Every year I let a bunch of Bucks walk, fill the freezer, and on occasion I knock down a Good one ;)

If it's Bowhunting it's gotta be Fun though!! :)

There's so many. Hunting world class black bear ranks up there pretty high.

Steve, That would be a Great Hunt for me. Just to share a Bear Hunt with you. There are So many things I like about Bear hunting. One is you just never know what might walk into that bait, and I also Love the remote areas I have been to hunt Black Bear. Of all the spots I have Bear hunted 2 stick out above the rest, Alberta, and Manitoba. Manitoba being by far the best comparing the 2 areas I hunted.

I also had a Great time Bear hunting Nova Scotia and I'd Love to Bear hunt Newfoundland someday. :)

My dream hunt is to return to Alaska and hunt brown bear and Sitka Blacktails on Kodiak Island. About the bear hunts the owner of the shop I shoot for/work at is a Master Maine Guide and does bear hunts in Downeast Maine every fall and could have a spring hunt on tribal land set up for someone if requested. PM for more info if anyone's interested.

    You won't find bigger bears.

    It'll just be different hunting.
