I have a 2012 bear legion bow, I recently had new strings put on it at my local pro shop, for some reason my guy dropped my draw weight down. So I'm wondering can I readjust the draw weight by turning the limb pocket nobs tighter or do I have to adjust the rotating modulation on the cam?

Should be the limb pocket. I believe that the modules on the cam is for draw length.

You want to adjust the limb bolts if you're adjust draw weight. The modules on the cams would be your main adjustment for draw length.

It might be in your best interest to download the manual here if you don't have a copy already.
