I know there are a lot of variables that go into it, but I was wondering roughly how much speed you will gain going up a half an inch in length. Im pretty sure I will still feel comfortable but will shoot it first to make sure. Im wondering because I am going to up my arrow weight 25g for a better FOC and dont want to lost much speed. I figure I will lose about 7-8 fps...so if going up a half inch on draw will get me like 5fps back Id be stoked. Thanks in advance!

From what I have heard, each inch in draw length generally equates to about 8-10 fps. If you think you can still shoot as accurately and comfortably, I say go for it. I have, however, known more than one guy who went up in draw length just for a few extra fps and ended up shooting worse because the bow did not fit them correctly. IMO accuracy trumps speed any day of the week.

Yes no doubt...accuracy comes first forsure. If it at all hindered my accuracy id go back the half inch. Thanks for the input brother!

A longer draw length will more the likely cause u to extend more and torque you bow.
