I'm shooting a PSE stinger, nothing fancy but I've had it for years. Trying to get at least one more season out of it while I save for something new. My question is, I'm shooting Carbon Express Terminators in a 60/75. While paper tuning with the limbs cranked I'm getting a high tear. I should only be in the 70 lb range with the limbs on this bow cranked down. My draw length is 30 inches. I backed off on the limbs a little and have fixed the issue, but my question is, can I try moving my nock point down? Id really like to squeeze every last bit of speed out of this thing if I can and the wife is going to poop on herself if I go buy another dozen arrows. My rest is all the way up. Is moving the nock point down a mm or two going to mess with my form? or should I just bite the bullet and pick up some different arrows? I'm grouping in the 3 inch range at 40 yards, which is as accurate as I am with my old eyes. Mabye I should just be happy and start saving for a new bear/mission/diamond/... lol
Personally I would leave it where you have it. Moving anything could set you back more then make it right.
Yeah your probably right, I guess I'm just getting bow envy. This thing only IBO's at 311 anyways. Id love a mathew's monster safari for when I go back home to alaska, but this things killed enough caribou to earn its place.
