I'm looking at the HHA king pin TE .what are the advantages and disadvantages of a dove tail.or should I just get the standard king pin it will be used for 3d and hunting
I have the TE5510 & love it. Haven't had it long, but my groups have shrank a lot. I think the only the I can think of is I had to install a 1/8" peep to get the most out. Which probably not be the greatest thing for a hunting situation. But I love the thing.
With the sight slid all the way back I still had space around the housing when looking through the peep. So I really had to concentrate on keeping the housing in the middle of the peep. Now with the smaller peep I was able to slide the sight out some & have no space around the housing. This also shrunk my groups.
