    A local kindergarten teacher allowed some high school kids to drink at her house and hooked up with a 17 year old senior. No sexual assault charges are being filed because the kid was 17. Do you think that if was a male that did that with a 17 year old girl, no charges would be filed? It's a hot topic here right now.

    Where were all these horny teachers when I was in school, lol

    Girls there would have been charges, in all honesty I would have pressed charges as a father of a girl. If my son did the same, I would have given him a high five.

    Why so? She allowed the kids to come over and drink, even kept texting the kid after the act. That sounds predatory to me. I don't know the teacher or the lucky kid.....but I'd bet a paycheck that if it was a male teacher banging one of his daughters underage friends, charges would be filed.

    Wouldn't be any charges that could be brought in ky since the consenting age is 16.

    She would get in in trouble for contributing to minors and most likely lose her job.

    Not saying charged should not be filed. I'm just saying yes there is and will always be a double standard on how it is treated. Just look at germs post about a high five.
