    Smoker time. The roast will be made into pulled pork. The only thing better will be when I have some venison to put to the smoke.

    That looks delicious! We just smoked some burgers and brats last weekend that turned out great! Send a couple of those wings this way.

    It was awesome. Very little left overs. Now I know what to make for my nephew's welcome home party. He get's home from a tour at Gitmo Sept. 27. He has 3 weeks leave then he goes to Ft. Leavenworth.
