I think you underestimate Trump a little too much. The American people are sick of politicians and with all the scandals Hillary is the center of, although a typical democrat resume, she is un-elecable. If she wins the election, it just means our country was never meant to last anyway. I don't think Trump is perfect, but he's better than 90% of the options we have.
Trump is the one candidate that I am 100% confident would not beat Hillary. Trump would completely alienate half the voting Republicans. No Democrats would vote for Trump. No moderates. No Libertarians. Trump would get destroyed.
You were also very confident that OSU wouldn't keep all 3 QBs but I digress. I know, it seems unlikely, but if you look at a lot of his stances, I think you would be surprised. He has ideas on taxes and fixing the brackets, making the tax code easier, he has a firm stance on fixing illegal aliens, securing the border, cutting foreign aid, and even things that I know you like such as legalizing marijuana
I think Hillary is a really weak candidate for the Democrats. I'm confident in a number of Republican candidates being able to beat her. Just not Trump.
I know his talking points. I just don't know how he plans to do them, or if he is sincere in them. I just think he is pandering.
if trump get the republican nod even the voters that don't like him will hold their noses and pull the lever anyway. again, its all about 'this guy is on my team' even if I don't like him I can't stand the other team winning. gop voters are notoriously loyal, so while he would indeed alienate many, I think he still gets their votes anyway.
I just don't see it. I know many people that happily voted for McCain and Romney that see Trump as a complete joke.
Take a look at Trump's policy changes over the past 15 years. The man has absolutely no moral background and just panders to his audience. If he wins the GOP nomination, I will spend all Election Day 2016 in my tree stand and won't head to the polls. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
It scares me thinking about Trump in a war time situation...could he be arrogant enough to drag us into one intentionally or not?
Hooker I just cannot understand how backwards your thinking is. How is Clinton a weak democratic candidate? She is the strongest they have had in a long time! Her husband is the entire democratic parties idol! She jumps and twists anything for her advantage and she knows the democratic voters aren't smart enough to figure out her schemes. Not to mention she is a women and democrats are all about equal rights and feelings. As far as trump goes, I can't understand how you think he is pandering? He is kicking *** in the GOP and is a breath of fresh air. Yes he isn't perfect but he gets things done. People don't understand how much money he is losing by running, so no he is not just doing it for fun. I understand not everyone has to like him or vote for him but man your reasons are backwards. I don't want to offend you but c'mon man. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
She doesn't have near the hype Obama had. She has name recognition and is a woman. That's about it. What does he get done? I promise you, you're not going to offend me
I would hope he is smarter than that but I do believe if we happen to be in a war with him leading it won't be like Obama and Clinton's horrible failures. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I honestly don't see how a Republican can win anymore. With just 4 states, the Democrat's have 46% (124) of the 270 electoral votes needed. Those 4 states haven't cast their electoral votes for a Republican since the 80's. California, New York, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
sure, and I know a lot that felt the same about romney/ryan and pulled the lever anyway. not that it makes a helluva lotta difference here in IL. this state is so blue a vote for anyone BUT a dem presidential candidate is a wasted vote. that's why I third party in this state. if I lived in a big swing state, FL or OH for instance I'd pull for whoever isn't Hillary or Bernie.
No candidate has the hype of current president. She has more pull with her husband than Obama ever had. May not be as much "hype" but in a Clinton vs Obama, Bill wins every time. He's a friggin billionaire, how can you even question his motivation and success? Obviously he gets things done. Stupid question. I'm glad your not offended. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
