Should it only be used to call in the dominant buck of the area or is it also effective of smaller/mid range bucks? Does it scare does away?
i used some a couple weeks ago in one of last years scrapes, and had 3 small bucks come to investigate, didn't work the scrape but sniffed around. certainly didn't seem afraid. but in every different areathe deer are different.
I have scarred away a couple smaller bucks using it but then again its all different from buck to buck
I used some the past two weeks on a scrape and set up a camera. Had some does come in but no Bucks.........yet.
