Sure about that? Do I need to post a definition of "normal"?

So you don't think Native Americans can worship the god(s) in the way they feel appropriate using peyote and other natural things, yet Christian kids can drink wine during their worship?

I'm in a industry that is dominated by gay men and my best worker is an openly gay man and a live in partner. He comes from a very dysfunctional religious family and we talk everyday about gay rights and the church. He's believes in God and stuggles.

I think that's what we need to focus on and not just making ourselves feel better about ourselves. I think being gay is a hard way to go through life and I feel for them.

But as eddy Murphy once said:
I like to kid the homosexual because... They homosexuals.

    THAT WAY A JOKE! :)

You should tell him that you would rather an abusive drug addict raise a child, rather than him and his partner.

Cancer is common but I wouldn't define it as normal.

Actually, I've never stated that they shouldn't be allowed to be gay, in fact I stated support for the ruling and that it should be up to each state as I believe in states rights. How many vegetarians, vegans, peta activists try and tell us what to do every day by protesting or throwing paint on people? Don't act like other people aren't pushing their agenda and believes on others. It's no different and those that believe in gay marriage have the right to stand up and fight for it and those that don't have the right to stand up and fight against it.

I've seen a dog try and hump a puppy. So we can relate that to humans a being normal as well with your thinking.

We do have the right to stand up for what we believe in.

My point is directed towards IV, who seemingly refuses to believe that homosexuality is quite common in America, and very normal to millions.

Right/wrong/moral/healthy...thats all opinion and up to the individual. But this is America and they have the right to live that lifestyle.

I cannot imagine going to my grave thinking that I purposefully tried to suppress someone's ability to be happy, free, and marry the person they love. Just imagine you are gay and named Scott and have to live under some of the "rules" you guys propose for Scott. Screw it Scott, just keep going to church and praying that you won't be gay. Walk around town and "look but don't touch". Keep your gay comments to yourself. I guess Scott can never openly date because he is gay. He won't have a girlfriend. He should never be allowed to marry and never feel like what its like to be a dad. Have a nice life Scott, we tried to get you to become a "better" human being like us. In fact Scott, just live by yourself in a closet and then just die.

Yeah friggin right. What a horrible life to wish upon someone. Not me, not ever. That being said I've struggled with the gay marriage thing and people being gay in general for a long time. I am nearing 40 years old and my generation still was not very open to gays, not like todays generation. I went to college with guys who were openly gay and they made me feel very weird and to be honest annoyed the heck out of me. In fact I told them as much when they just wouldnt shut up about their gayness. But as time went on I just didn't care because me being an ahole to others for no other reason than them being gay is not who I am. I am not a bully.

I don't think he's a stranger to drugs either. We actually have conversations, try it sometime.

I'll be honest Brett, there was a time I thought you were an *** stuck in "linebacker mode." Now, I've come to realize that I would love to share a camp with you.
