So sex is only for procreation? What if a woman cannot have children? Is she not allowed to have hetero sex?

 

I lived very close to Natives for 9 years in Ontario. Some of them were the nicest people I've ever met. It's really sad to see what happened to their way of life when the white man showed up and forced Christianity on them.

 

Norms are set by society, you are correct. But looking back in history it was common place to kill, rape, and steal with no repercussions. Those were the norms, but that doesn't make them right does it?

I dont think all people in American as a whole are really a society but more of a compliation of many societies.. Hence different views and norms..

 

Were not talking right or wrong morally. We are discussing what is normal in American society.

I believe homosexuality is wrong. It is a sin. But so are alot of other things that we do on a normal basis.

I cant tell a gay how to live. I cant tell a vegetarian how to live. I cant tell a white trash hillbilly how to live. Im okay with that. You obviously are not.

What the white man did years ago to the Native Americans Is total BS!! When watching old western movies I was usually on the side of the Native Americans. Now what allot of them are doing Is their own doing, not anyone elses fault. My dad runs a small town In northern Minnesota. He's got some great Native American friends but many more that are not friends. Come the 1st of the month It's havick around there and most parts of northern Minnesota. This Is not being racist at all, rather It's reality up In those parts.

 

When something has been observed within nature from multiple species and has been a common occurrence within humans and animals since they developed the ability to have sex, I consider that something normal behavior.

If you want to bring what is normal within nature to this conversation, then it is not normal for humans to be monogamous.

I used the example with Sam so Afflicted could see the comparison in a way he would understand. If anyone sees it differently, it's only because they want to "catch" me saying something wrong. As for a bigoted comment about theists, show it to me. There wasn't one.
