My wife has grown an interest in bowhunting lately. I think it's the sexiest thing ever. Gonna take her out to shoot some bows and what she likes. Definitely gonna check out the Hoyt Vicxen and anything else she can get her hands on. What does your wife or girlfriend shoot?

    Mine shoots a .45

I'll be one of the potential minority who's tickled to death his wife has no interest in shooting bows or hunting.

If it's something you two can enjoy doing together......rock on. I think that's great.

I got my girlfriend into archery about 6 months ago, she loves every aspect of it. This coming fall she's gonna start hunting and is really excited about it. She shoots a diamond razors edge.

My wife and I used to hunt together before we had kids. That went out the window since then. We have two boys so we always joke that she will have two choices later in life. Join me and the boys and go hunting or sit home and be bored.

Nope. If she was interested, I'd be more than happy to assist.

But she's not, and it doesn't bother me one bit.

More bro time is never a bad thing!

There's definitely no interest in hunting on her part, but she has said she wouldn't mind shooting with me. She shot her first handgun this past summer, and outshot me instantly (not sure if I suck that bad, or she's just that good:lol:).

My wife wants to shoot foxes. We start shotgun lessons after the weather breaks.

She has shown some interest in bowhunting deer so we start the bow lessons when the weather cooperates even more. We'll see if the interest holds.

    Same with ML and deer.

My wife started bow hunting last year. She only bowhunts, and that is the only way she will take a deer she said. She wasnt able to hunt much this year due to a new job, but did get some good hunts in. She hasnt taken a deer yet, but when she does I will have a great thread on here about it.

My fiance doesn't have a bow, not yet at least. She loves shooting clay's though and my .44 magnum. I think its just a matter of time before she gets one. I am not pushing her into it though, it is something that she has to want to do. I am lucky though that she loves antlers and stuffed animals. Alot of our house is decorated that way. She is also in nursing school and enjoys helping me gut the deer. This I still cant believe. She's definately a keeper!!!

Mathews Drenalin. She got one when I did. She made the mistake of shooting the Passion last year, now she wants one. I told her that it was pretty funny that she wanted to get a new bow before I do. :tu:

On her way to the stand, Fall '09...

Got my wife a Mission Craze in pink lost camo for Christmas. She had been asking about joining me at the range shooting for a while. She really likes the video archery (Dart) and I am just excited to be spending more time together. She doesn't have much interest in hunting yet.

I'm not sure what this term "wife" means ;)... But I've had girlfriends that shoot and I'm pretty sure I'm done with those too. With that said... They've shot Hoyt's, Mathews and Bowtech bows.
