I shoot with a few friends in technohunt bow league.

The guy who has done it for years keeps instructing me to lay up, or we hit 205/300, he tells me to miss my last 3 shots. But what I don't understand, is we don't know where we have placed within the other groups. The bowshop owner hasn't published placings.

But the same guy goes and shoots 225. And tells the other team member to take a dive. Makes no sense whatsoever.

    I hate handicaps.

They breed cheating in every application.

If it's early on, he's most likely setting a low average baseline. Then, from there, scores increase and you go higher. I dislike cheating. But, I see it happen all the time in bowling.

I honestly don't like this either. I mean, I like to win, but why not lets shoot our butts off and see where the chips fall.
