Ok in Jan me and the family will be taking a trip to my wifes grandmothers. She is paying for us to come and stay so im going to take my sons bow hunting for mule deer and javelinas. We are staying in maricopa county by the Indian reserves and will be hunting unit 26m and maybe unit 25m. Has anyone ever hunted here or does anyone have any advice ? This will be my first time to Arizona and I have no clue what to expect or how to hunt there. I know it's early but I just found out last night and I would like to be ready since it's gona be kinda expensive for the 3 of us to hunt and I don't wanna eat a tag sandwich.
You just need to get out there and scout. Be prepared for anything and keep your eyes open. Stay safe and Good Luck!
