I've had lots of tanks over the years. We had a 55 gallon bow front in college with South American and African cichlids in it that was probably one of my favorites. When I graduated I had a 100 gallon with a red belly catfish, two tiger oscars and a plecco. I'll have one again when my man cave gets bigger.

When i was a kid, i used to catch minnows, chubs, catfish, crawdads, turtles and salamanders and keep them in aquariums at the house. I swear wild fish are dirtier then tropical fish, i got sick of stinky and algae filled tanks.

I have a 115 gallon saltwater tank. I'll try to get some photos tonight. I'm a bit light on fish right now due to some mishaps with water quality, but I'm in the proces of building it back up now so I can get some corals.

Just what I was thinking. All mine are in the freezer (besides a couple on the wall), got some walleye, perch and some whitebass to give away.

I have actually been shopping for tanks. Thinking I want to go salt water this time. But I have had many tanks and fish over the years.

I thought that too when I read the title! And yes I do to that also! Actually need to start catching some for the G2G Camp Fish Fry in June!

Yup, we keep them until they're a couple inches long. We start with about 60,000 a year. LOL

I have an 84 gallon freshwater tank currently. I need to put some more live plants in it though
