I am thinking about getting this rest for my PSE Rally, But I keep hearing about the rest having problems installing on to PSE brand bows, does anyone know if it is for all PSE bows or if this only happens once in a blue moon?

    Thanks.

Thanks Bootlegger, just trying to be sure of something before I dish out money on a new rest.

You may have clearance problems with the cable rod. I believe QAD will send you a spacer made just for PSE bows as the one that used to come with the rest weren't quite big enough. They may come with the other spacer now IDK I have t bought a new one in a long time.

The little spacer comes with the HDX. I had to use it on mine. A few seconds to put it on.

I looked on QAD website and they say, "P.S.E. 2008 and 2009 PSE bows with a brace height SHORTER than 7 inches require an additional Spacer Block and Longer Screw for proper Ultra-Rest Pro Series installation"

I measured mine at 7.5 inches so it should be good, but I hear about it having problems with hitting cable rod, and I am curious if that will affect it, but I wont know until it gets here and I install it.

I have an older PSE brute not sure of the year maybe 2009 with a brace height of 7" and it hit the rod. The spacer included wasn't big enough I ended up making a spacer for mine not knowing there was a larger one available from PSE. Maybe the rest I had was an older version and the new models don't have that problem. Or maybe the spacer that comes with it is larger than the older versions.

Just in case anyone wants to know, The PSE Rally does not fit with the QAD HDX unless you use the spacer.

Thanks for all the input guys.
