My cam took pictures of this doe with a stripe down her back. At first I thought it was just a shadow, but after seeing a few other pics of her, I noticed it is indeed an awesome looking stripe. Its a little harder to see the stripe in these last 2 images due to her head being up as opposed to the first image. But you can still notice it there.
thats really neat! I dont think i have ever heard of a deer having a black stripe down it back, cool pics!
I have got a bunch of deer on camera with the dark stripes down their back this week. It is caused by them loosing their summer coats and growing their winter coats. It is pretty cool to see though.
