Nice chilly 32 degree morning to be out there. This Doe came in and was very intrigued with my tree, guess I smelled good She was at 3 yards, and to the left and then to the right at least 5 times. I got tired of shifting my feet to get into position Finally she got out to 20 and quartering away before I sent an arrow. It caught her in the top of one lung, botttom of the other, and sliced the wind pipe and exited in the front opposite shoulder after smashing into bone but I still got a clean pass through. I watched her pile up about 60 yards out. I continued to buck hunt but no luck, just 4 More Doe/fawn mix showed up. The blood trail was insane, I kid not it was 4' wide all the way. I think I must have caught an artery in the front shoulder area to. Her last leaps were a triple Lindie with a half pike over the top of the Log in picture, so I thought it fitting to include it in pics. Now its hard concentration for shooter buck, or Turkey, or Yote Exit in front of shoulder,,,bloody. It looks like someone through an axe through there
Thanks guys,,I quartered her after check in, let the meat chill on Ice for a couple hours, then butchered her, and got it in the freezer now ready for chow!
