For anyone who has a teen in high school or even middle school, I watched a good documentary on Netflix the other day. It's called "The Social Dilemma". It really does a fantastic job breaking down how a lot of social media sites work and how they prey on people to spend time on their sites or apps. If you have a kid with a smart phone on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tic Tok or any other social media app, I highly encourage you to have them watch this, and for you to watch it with them.
