Do your broadheads fly well at 60 yards?

Yeah, sorry. I had it good at 30 but not at 60 then I made some more adjustment and it's all messed up again and both distances. I'm crazy busy at work so I only get an hour or so each night to mess with it so I forget where I left off sometimes.

Just want to make sure that BH and FP should fly the same when the bow is tuned properly.

@ 70/30 I'm gonna guess you have 300 spine? @ 62/30 spine guide puts you into a 340 spine, I'm betting a lil more weight up front and perhaps turning it up even just 1-2lbs (if possible) corrects your bare shaft.

I shoot the Magnus Buzzcuts in a 125 grain. My eyes are not that good but at 50 yards I do ok. I have only shot one elk at 51 yards and that's been a few years ago. All the rest have been 12 to 32 yards. I am by no means an expert. I am also playing around with the Black hornets. In November I have a deer hunt I am going to try them on and see how they do before I try them on elk.

Tacklebox let me know how they do on elk when you connect with one.

Sorry, they are 340 spines. Cool, I'll try my 125gr Magnus Stinger two blades I use for hogs and up the weight to 65#.

Yeah, I really don't plan to take 60yd shots either but I'm trying make my 30 & 40yd shots that much better. I really hate loosing and animal because of a bad hit.

Have you put your arrows with broadheads on a spin tester? Maybe your inserts are not perfectly flush and is causing the broad head to steer the arrow at greater distances.

Interesting. I'm using just one G5 BH so I don't dull the others. I'll try turning the nock to see if that changes the flight.

With that set up you should have no problems shooting to exact same POI as field tips at 60.
I shoot to POI with everything in my sig line out to 85yds.

Ok, with that said, how good are you at shooting your bow? I'm not sure my shots are always that clean an aggressive bow and fins on the front of my arrows my shots are very hit or miss. Literally:)

I'm thinking two blade explainable now.
