I don't tip my taxidermist, but I do advertise for him in the two businesses that I own. . I have his business cards up and word of mouth goes a long way!

I just switched to a new guy in 2012. . He does a much better job and doesn't charge as much as the other guy.

When I was with the first taxidermist, I messed up the cape on a Buck because I had to pull the deer with an ATV, I thought I had its head pulled up high enough on the rear bumper, but it wasn't! . . The guy charged me $200 dollars for a cape!

The taxidermist I go to now has a better deal if someone needs a cape! . . If you take a Buck to him and want a ''skull mount'', He won't charge you for the skull mount as long as he can keep the cape! . . If you messed up a cape and want to have a shoulder mount, he only charges $30 dollars for a cape! :)

I killed my 10-point Buck on 11-15-13 and haven't got it back yet. . He said it might be ready in March, but he already had A LOT of people ahead of me.

Now, I do that! . . Maybe I have to because its my wife!
