Left eye dominant and shoot right handed so I shoot with one eye. I should probably make the switch but not sure how Im going to be able to shoot left handed.

Both open. If you're shooting same as your dominant eye, it's quite beneficial for the reasons Tfox mentioned.

I used to shoot one eye open but once I tried both eyes I was much more accurate and consistent. Now I can't even shoot right with one eye closed.

Both eyes open. It helps a lot at longer distances. 50 yards and farther. Also give s you a better view of your arrow impact on an animal.

One eye, it's either too blurry or I see two pins with both eyes.

I do the same. Except with the reverse eye. Left handed shooter, but I am right handed.... I squint and when I am settled in both eyes are open. This process happens really quick.

Usually one eye open. This weekend was my first attempt at shooting with both eyes open. It was different, but I liked it. Don't be afraid to try it if you haven't already.
