    Ive pissed down other trees close to me stand to keep the noise down, I've also pissed in bottles. I dont think ever from my stand to the gorund. I wonder why some of you guys do it as often as you can and in scrapes?

    It can lead to infections in your urinary tract and kidneys if you hold it too long. Be careful.

    I've read both the threads on this. I guess most guys say its not bad to and even alot of guys say its good.I think one guy said he saw it scare deer ONE time but also that it was a blatter full of coffee. I honestly would have never even thought about it being helpfull. I'll start doing it now everytime.

    As mentioned by others, I pee in water bottle while in stand. Keeps me much warmer by not holding it in.

    I too let it rip. Urine is urine and all turns to ammonia in a couple hours anyway. I take a leak in any scrape I find too.

    Now... when there is snow on the ground, I enjoy writing my name in it from 20ft up. That my friends, takes talent.

    I prefer not to pee from my climber. It has nothing to do with scent, but rather sound. That stream makes a lot of noise hitting dry leaves. I prefer to use a bottle and just dump it when I climb down.

    Whats interesting about the noise comments is that I once, I heard a guy on TV say that he uses his grunt tube while taking a leak. His thought was since he's making the noise, might as well try to simulate a deer doing it. Makes sense to me.

    Yep, I've had multiple deer over the years come to investigate the sound of me peeing from my stand... has led to more than one's demise too. ;)

    Oh, I always pee in a bottle and poar it out around my nieghbor deer stand that he put up facing mine only 100 yards away and right on the property line. Basturd.

    And you're wasting your time... human pee doesn't affect a deer one bit.

    The walking around it spreading your foot scent and touching the brush with your clothes? THAT's what's doing some good... :)

    I never thought twice about spitting dip from 20' up but was always told peeing is a total sin out there. I always kept an empty water or gatorade bottle with me for when the urge hits. Guess now I'll be letting it rip and killing more deer than my buddies.
