    Broke Leg (8).jpg Rock On (5).jpg Horse.jpg

The first buck I call "Tri-Pod" (note the severely disfigured front leg) he smiled for over a hundred pics last year but he broke off last year so I never hunted him. The next guy I call "Rock On"; he lives on my neighbors place but I'm hoping my newly planted soybeans will bring him in. The last deer is "Horse" because he is an extremely giant-bodied deer for Virginia; don't know much about him but he passed through pre-rut (of all times) and then he never showed again.

Love the "split ear" identifier, I have a buck on my place that has the exact same ear split (see attached). Too bad my buck doesn't have the rack to match yours LOL. Good luck getting him Split Ear (3).jpg

Damn, those deer look cold! It looks like those deer all have similar genetics, are they from the same place?

That's very cool, Kyle. That stud looks like a 4 year old back in 2010, he's an old buck. Look forward to see what he grows this year.

I really only have 1 deer in WI and 1 deer in MN.

The Wisconsin buck is called "Ghost" due to his white features and grey face. I got a few photos of him last year and I think he's 3 1/2 - this year he could be huge!

For Minnesota I passed this buck; he's not legal in SE MN - 4 point side. I got great video.

And the passed shot... 13 steps.

Can't wait for mid-july... trail camera season!

WOW a lot of very nice bucks!!!!
This is my No1 for this season, this is the last pic I have of him which is late in the season so I believe he is still alive but never did find any sheds. I had 2 encounters with him during rifle season 1st 1 I was doing a spot and stalk and I found him bedded down with 2 other bucks just 50yds from where this was taken, I got within 30yds of him it was thick cover as I lifted up my rifle I forgot that I still had it on 12x zoom so when I looked it was all a blur by the time I turned it down a small buck must have seen/smelled me and started running and so did the other deer. 2nd time I was walking the field that was next to his bedding area when a doe jumped up about 100yds away and ran across the field and he followed right behind her. So I will be hanging a stand in the woods where I keep seeing him.

Other then him I will have to see what I get on camera, since last year I killed my No1 buck :)

As far as I know all of these survived rifle season so unless natural causes got them, they are still alive. I would take any of these three.

This buck is at least 6 1/2 here possible 7. He showed up on cam two years ago, found his shed in 2012 (from rack he carried in 2011 hunting season), and showed up twice last year.

This deer I want the most. 3 years of trail cam pics, he was 4 1/2 this past hunting year (2012) and hopefully he makes an appearance this season.

The last buck is on my uncle's place. I don't know if I could shot him if the opportunity presented itself because I want my uncle to get him, but I don't know. I am the only one who has seen him in person and he is big.

Here are the top 3 for our farm.

The General is going to be at least 7.5 years old this year but we are thinking he is 8.5 years old.

Patches: He will be 5.5 years old this year and we aren't sure if he made it through gun season or not. Love the split g2's on both sides.

DD: This deer will also be 5.5 years old and has the potential to become a 200 inch deer if he is alive. My cousin and I both saw him during bow season last year. He was a stud!
