I swear my best bear hunting area is haunted ... creepy place to say the least, huge dark dense cedars up to 8-10 feet on the butt, well over 150 feet tall, its in the back country so you feel very alone in there... but its loaded with bear.. I've spent many a LATE night in there over the past 6-7 years. Packin bears out alone in the dark often getting back home about abou 3-4 a.m. I always feel like a pack of wolves, other bears or mountain lions are watching me.. its just one of those types of places.. as for haunted homes? never felt like i've been in or around one but wont say that their isnt such a thing as spirits.. one other thing, I had a Nez Perce tribal member tell me one time.. after telling her all about the crazy encounters I have had with bears...she told me a bear was my "spirit animal" that in itself has always made me wonder.. maybe adding a little to my feelings about my bear area..
