Do deer move when it is windy?

    I have yet to see it and I've hunted several windy days. (10 or more) of winds over 15mph.

    I've seen very little deer movement and the deer I do see are skiddish as heck.

    Up to 15mph I see no difference in movement. Anything more and it starts dropping in my personal experience. Gusts of 45 here yesterday and I can bet you there were none moving!

    Not as much but most definitely. This dude in 2011 was moving with 20mph winds and gusts hitting 30.

    There was a 15 mph nnw wind yesterday and I seen 2 yearling doe moving lol

    I've seen quite a few deer on windy days, I don't let wind stop me from hunting unless its windy enough to keep me from feeling comfortable in a treestand.

    I'd never be able to hunt if I waited for a non windy day. 10-15mph winds is an average day in my area. It's not windy until it's 25+
