I just got a covert and the put it out 7 days ago. I went to check the pics and immediately noticed the water/ condensation in the cameras flash and the actual camera. I am talking about the clear covers in the front of the cameras. This was brand new and I am not happy about it. Any suggestions or ideas as to why this would have happened? Any input would be appreciated. This is the extreme red model.
Disregard! Called covert and he is sending me a new one tomorrow. Wow that is some awesome customer service!!
It happens but its more about how it's handled when it does happen. Sorry for your luck with the camera.
Typed this message and forgot to submit it. Now that I did I see a few new posts since my post. Regardless, here is what I had said..... Sorry to hear about the camera, I have never had a problem with condensation on my Coverts. I love Coverts. They are my go to camera and I haven't been able to say a bad thing about them. That is until my last 2 camera checks, I was getting 1500+ pics a week and last 2 times of setting camera it has armed, taken pics and been in working order only to return to no pictures. When pulling card it is still operational and armed. Scheels is going to replace it for me tomorrow, but it has made me frustrated as this specific camera is the camera I most need in determining where to sit the next couple weeks and now I am going on a month with no data from this camera site. Great customer service though so gotta love that they will just get me a new on.
I will say this Covert cameras are very good cameras and there are great people who work for them. I have two and love them a lot. Here are a couple pics if there are anyone who comment that does not have one. This guy is one of my target bucks!
That is a cool looking deer and thank you for the responses. I would buy the cameras again mainly for the service! I don't have to talk to anyone in china which is odd for many items like cameras.
Like I said above they are great people who work for them. Cant ask for any better than what you got and that is why I like them.

They are great from what I have seen. Can't wait to get the new one out. It's like a kid at Christmas looking at the sd cards!! It sucks getting old
