I bought a dlc colvert because it seemed like everyone on here talked them up. Maybe mine is broke but Ive used it for about a month now and all it does is take pictures of everything that moves. Its set on the lowest sensitivity and I have thousands of beautiful pictures of soy bean plants and grass and corn stalks. It will fill up a SD card in a day or 2 depending on size of the SD card. I check my cameras about once every 2 weeks, but this one is filled up in only a day or 2. Maybe this is how this camera is suppose to work, if so I will sell it cheap. I dont need pictures of plants swaying in the wind.

It sounds like it is working but I think that you are right that the sensitivity is wrong. You should send a call them I heard rumors that DLC's customer service is supposed to be pretty good. Just hope you don't get that Pat guy!

Just to be clear I work for DLC Covert I have never heard of DLC Colvert

SO your camera takes pictures of everything that moves?? Sounds like it is working just fine to me. You can call us and send it in for replacement if you would like to.

I have had to trim in front of my cameras to prevent this, not this brand. Not trying to be a smarta$$ or nothing but thats what will trigger the camera is movement.

That's what a trail camera is supposed to do. The movement triggers the camera. You have to be careful where you point them. If there are tall weeds or branches that move in the wind, they will trigger the camera.

It sounds like your camera is working just fine. You just need to move it or trim whatever is triggering the sensor.

Also remember, don't set it up pointed at the sun either during sunrise or sunset.
