what a bruiser! Is that some dried velvet on a few of the tines and main beams?

That is odd! I've seen it 1 other time on a buck we had down here that got his left beam wrapped in round bail twine. The twine kept him from rubbing off the velvet and that whole beam dried a dark chocolate color. It's pretty neat! Congratulations again on a heck of a unique buck.

It is fun but its a ton of work. I scout in the spring and hit the ground running in the fall.

His tines aren't the longest but there's certainly plenty of them. Great mass and good spread I'm guessing would put him in the mid 140's-low 150's. what'd he tape at?
