    please allow me give you a little insight into Tom Brady as first hand as I can get...A good friend [not gonna name drop] of mine here in GA played against and later in his career with Tom Brady he was a DB he had his career ended due to an injury.....

    his words you will not find a more intense,driven hates to lose hates to make mistakes QB, he plays for the love of the game
    What many mistake for pu**y or ***** [my friend felt the same way before play with him] is his passion for the game he loves.The critics are never as hard on him as he is on himself he demands perfection...

    Now I am not not going to change hearts and minds about Tom Brady in fact don't care if anyone believes I have a friend who played with him., but one thing he is not is a biyatch....


    BTW been a good game so far....:wave:

    I remember in the early 90's when I was in the corps and a Patriots fan. They stunk and all my buddies let me know it. One of my buddies from Cali actually came over my house for dinner several years ago and he said he thought of me when the Pats and Sox were winning championships.

    That was a great game. Some playoff football right there! Hats off to the ravens for giving the pats all they could handle on the road. Good stuff.

    Side note... Have always been puzzled where the Brady dislike comes from. The dude is one of the most fierce competitors I've ever seen in any sport ever. His story of being the 6th round 199th pick in the 2000 draft is incredible. 3 time champion .... Work a holic. Never any off field stuff? I'm not a patriots fan. I respect what Brady has done as a professional qb. Where does the dislike come from?

    I don't think I've noticed a lot of hating on Tom Brady? But I think most people who for whatever reason don't like him probably still respect him as a great QB and competitor.

    I do remember earlier this year though many people prematurely thinking he's done.

    Well finally a team I was rooting for wins....I hate Seattle but I hate the Panthers more...now I feel comfortable rooting for the Packers and Broncos tomorrow:D
