I agree with others about putting up a second cam. This guy obviously knew the cam was there. Do you have any other pics of trespassers, or is this the only pic? Seems odd that the guy would know the cam is there but you don't have any other pics from different days.
if thats a joke its a bad one i would take it serious set up the second cam and call the cops. Thats just wrong it gave me the chills and its not even my camera
Does the dudes hand look small to anyone else? Maybe the gun is just really big, I don't know. Either way, some type of law enforcement needs to be notified! Hope you catch this small handed trespasser! He probably smells like cabbage and works for the circus.

If I were you the first thing I would do is talk to the police and the DNR. Then I would hang some additional cameras to try and get a pic of him. Hope every thing works out.
WHOA! That is not cool. I agree, report it immediately. No concealed carry in Illinois, and he's on someone else's land. Cops may take this pretty seriously
