Dishes , tricks and recipes how do you like to eat your venison ?? Now with warm weather right around the corner grills will be firing up everwhere. How do you like to cook or eat , prepare your venison or if youd like to share some recipes go ahead. Ill start i love grilled venison burgers or grilled backstrap , grilled loin steaks , bluebarry backstrap i also love making a couple different styles of deer jerky and sticks. Also shrimp stuffed tenderloin and venison loin medallions with cherry sauce And a good ole crockpot roast. And a couple venison chillis o i also make a quick venison mac for my kids they love it but i have no problem sharing my recipes if you want one just let me know be glad to share. I was just wondering how you guys like to eat yours. And maybe share or swap recipes.
I usually do a stir fry. Fresh broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, green pepper, onion, garlic. The whole family loves stir fry, it's quick, easy and healthy. That way if I eat a little too much, I don't feel so bad. I wish I had a pic, I just deleted them. You're going to force me to make some this weekend. Venison turns out really nice in a stir fry.
