Looks good, but why a tube peep on such a pretty bow?

    I agree.

I wonder why anyone would use one these days?

First, glad you have your bow and love it.

    Second, I don't own a Mathews bow.

Having said that, Mathews does not owe you a direct apology. In their eyes, you are not the party purchasing the bow. It was sold to a dealer. But by you having contacted them directly, a case could be made that some apology should be forthcoming. The real apology should come from your dealer. In my opinion they dropped the ball. They should have provided you an update every couple-three days even if it was the same old story. This is something I do if/when I am late with an order to my customers.

I have tried the traditional run of the mill peep. The small hole gets fuzzy (that's what she said) when I look thru it. This is the only peep I have been able to get my eye to focus thru. With that said I personally don't think it ruins the bow look, but I would like to hear any suggestions you may have.

I disagree. Mathews knew I was unhappy when I called them. The polite girl that took my call never said anything apologetic, but was helpful in locating info about the bow as mentioned in an earlier comment. The retailer never said a word about the incident when I pick the bow up and honestly I don't blame them. My guess is that they only shared with me what was shared with them from Mathews, but yes I agree with you that it would of been nice for them to stay on top of Mathews and see the problem thru.

I highly recommend a RAD machined aluminum peep. Its what i use and love it, get one in red to match your bow in a 3/16" or 1/4" diameter according to the size of your sight housing

I couldn't disagree with statement any more than what I already do. You are buying a Mathews product. That is contributing to their sales. Their sales push their business.
Also, they require you to buy from dealers.

They should have apologized on the phone.

Shake it off and enjoy your bow!

Im waaaaaay over this whole deal. I have moved on, but will share my experience with anyone that asks. From the factory to the retailer and everyone in-between. You are representing the company. You share in the success, just as you share in the failures. The biggest issue that I hope you see is that no person from the top to the bottom ever really made me feel like they "CARED" that it was important to me to get the product (within reason) in the time they said it would take. I am not trying to debate the issue of a factory apology because you have the right to your opinion. I agree to disagree

I see 80% fault with dealer and maybe 20% with Mathews...an experienced knowledgeable dealer knows how long orders can take...this just as easily could be about Hoyt, Bowtech or any other bow manufacturer.

I agree. Team effort. The factory does not have time to deal with the retail customer, that is why they have a factory rep.
