Nothing to Report Saw 0 all day,what a difference sitting in a blind all day. Left 1/2hr to early, seemed dark in the blind, have to remember that next time. Went in at 7:30 and came out@ 6:20. It can only get better! Rocky
Seen some action in the woods tonight... couple of bucks chasing does all around in a small field. One of them was really nice! Watched both of them work the heck out of a scrape. I was 150ish yards away in the woods tho. Things are ramping up in Southern Illinois tho!
Back at it Sunday Got to get things caught up here ,supposed to snow Monday , Tuesday,need to get the trailer out to the acreage. Also clean it for the winter. Church is got to do list Sunday ,so that leaves Sunday afternoon. Good luck guys maybe I'll see a buck! Rocky
Back in the stand tomorrow and Sunday! What a rough season by this time last year I had already passed on several bucks. I have yet to see one this year so far. Hopefully the weekend is better!
Guys I'd like to say sorry for not being on. My 7 month old has been really sick and then I got strep. I have been hunting but not had the energy to post on Here and take care of the family. I leave Monday for a week of vacation to hunt. If my daughter is doing better I will be able to hunt.

Today and tomorrow are youth season here which means I can't hunt. Tennessee says youth only, so you can't just wear orange and bow hunt. I hunted last night and saw one 2.5 year old that's extremely spooky. I've seen him before and filmed him before. Grunted at him just to see his reaction and he tucked tail and trotted off. I'm off Monday and Tuesday so I'll be out then for sure. Saturday, I have to go scout Oak Ridge for our draw hunt November 14th and 15th. Sat This Afternoon Had a pretty exciting afternoon,as I walked in to my stand the trail was all busted up and 7 new scrapes and rubs were new. Got in by 12 and nothing till 4:20, Had a lone doe and fawn come bye at 40 yards with no shot, then at 5 I saw a moose comming. Better come quick cause it's amost dark and he had to come another 40 yards to get in a shooting lane. Didn't make it ,got to dark to see my pins. Well to say the rutt is on would be a lie. Up here at least, I walked out to the feild and saw 7 does and not one buck,I think there just starting the pre rutt making scrapes and rubs and all. The 15th looks realistic,back at her tomoorow afternoon,good luck guys. Rocky
Gents. Daughter is well and doing some breathing treatments and its working for her. It allowed me to get out this morning and I saw a ton of movement and killed a doe. I only shot the doe because she wouldn't leave me alone. She knew I was in the tree and kept stomping and blowing at me. Ill get the video edited here sometime this week but, I do have pictures of the doe.

2 more days an its go time for me. Vacation starts Thursday. Me and the wife will be out everyday. Lots of bucks falling on my lease so maybe my number will come up. I'll post up some those bucks on the board later today.
