Always nice to get them out of the way . Going to be nice to draw on an animal and say I did it instead of saying I tried drawing but was unable to;).Temp is 12 c w/winds out of the west @10. Tell ya what happens tonight guys!

    Well Bad Night
I got winded at 2 pm and 3 pm but from a distance of maybe 80 yards, so I didn't give up my location and stand site, which is a good thing ! Checked the TC and have a 140 buck on it. At least there is 4 different bucks this time. My partner will like that! Still waiting to see one of my wall hangers, farmer just took off the feed feild 2 days ago. Next day out should be Sunday night.

The close up of the 4x5 is maybe 130 ,at 1st glance I pegged him at 140 and the front guy is maybe 120. Lol I can't believe I'm saying this but that's my 2 best bucks so far. On Camera! At least there coming around now. In this picture the bucks are between 2 feilds ,this is a game trail to both feilds,on this side of the trail, is there main bedding area. Trail is facing north.

Got everything finished up at the river bottom lease today with some great help from the son in law.

Pulled the chip and was glad to see the big boy showed back up this pull. Didn’t get the drop tine, but he is around

This ole boy carries some decent mass.

Her are a couple others that are running the lease and are decent.

Glad to see you got it all done today, awesome feeling once every thing is in place! Nice bucks hanging around on your lease, I'd say you really don't have to think if it's one buck or the other to shoot, there all close in size . I'd say 10 points seperating all the bucks! That's a bonus, good luck on those, anyone should make you a happy camper!
Got permission to set up a blind on a neibouring property of this one. Will allow me to set up when they come onto the feild . There's other hunter's out there but only to shotgun . Better know when they come out so as to not get shot. Only got one guy on camera last year during the rut..He was wearing green overalls during a snow storm. Maybe he thought he was camoflaged HA,Ha,Ha

Rocky-- the top 3 pics are all the same buck.

Here he was at the end of June.

And here he is all fished up.

He does have some good mass... I think he is mid 40's and definitely on my list!

    Well
Got into my stand bye 5:05 and bye 5:25 I heard my buddy calling my name.i was pissed at him thinking somethiing was wrong with his stand. I wise cracked him and said supose you shot one already! The answer was yes a doe, he said he didn't even sit down and she popped out on the field. Tha fawn led her right to him. Well she ran about 100 yards and that was it,had her on TC with her fawn. One down 9 to go for us as partners.
