Last one, got it up and cut some lanes and hung another TC too. This spot always has deer in it for the TC, so we'll really get a good Idea what's around ,only problem with the spot for TC's is it has afternoon sun. It ain't bad though cause deer usually aren't up on the feet during mid-day. If my limbs aren't in by this weekend I'm buying the Excalibur Micro 335 Crossbow. So I'll be hunting shortly guy's.

Got 2 bucks showing up on the regular that I'm targeting:

There are 2 other mature bucks showing up from time to time in the area that probably wont be huntable till the rut.

Couple nice young bucks there,I'd say 2 1/2 & 3 1/2, both should go 130's! Good luck anchoring one. All the years I've been in this contest I've never had the pleasure of being on a team with you or one of your brothers. Looking forward to getting to know you.

His P3's are as big as his Tine's. Great body size, got to be around 260 on the hoof, nice rounded deer.

I think he is a mid 30's buck Rocky --- most likely a 5 year old.

He falls a little short on head gear. I have a few others on film that are much better than he is.

BUT if he walks out I will be tempted to poke a hole in him!

It's for a few years now a must thing for me now. Meat is my desire, size comes usually on the second buck. I'm lucky to have that choice. From what I've read ,some states you can shoot opposite sex deer on opposite day's, that blow's my mind, must have a ton of deer huh!

    Wow
My day has been made, just got off the phone with my archery guy and my limbs are in, got to go there and drop off my bow so they can set it up with the new limbs and tomorrow I can go back and see If I can draw it. My day will be awesome if I can draw the bow with the new limbs!!!.

I can only shoot 1 buck a season no matter the weapon. Does on the other hand is almost unlimited.

Good luck with the setup and on drawing the bow.. Got faith in ya! You'll do it!

Need to go to the archery lanes in the am as my bow is all set up with the new limbs. Curious to see how fast it'll be with the lower weight limbs. Will have to set all the yardage up again, shouldn't take long! Like a new toy the anticipation!I just want to be able to bow hunt still!
